About Us

Eleven Blue Events, the organiser of the largest sports events in Cyprus – the XM Limassol Marathon, the Radisson Blu Larnaka International Marathon, and the Bank of Cyprus Nicosia Marathon, is looking for a dynamic
Events Coordinator
to support both the smooth delivery of our events and the growth of our sponsorship portfolio.

With thousands of participants and spectators each year, we are committed to creating memorable experiences and making a meaningful social impact through sport.

About the Role

This role is perfect for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys a variety of tasks, and wants to gain hands-on experience in event management, operations, and corporate partnerships.

As an Events Coordinator, you will be responsible for coordinating communications and logistics for our events, as well as managing relationships with sponsors, from outreach and proposals to activation and post-event reporting.

Key Responsibilities

  • Keep all communication channels, including email, telephone, and social media, up-to-date.
  • Respond to inquiries from customers, suppliers, sponsors, and partners.
  • Support directors in event planning and day-to-day operations.
  • Research and approach potential sponsors.
  • Coordinate the activation of sponsorship deliverables pre-event, during, and post-event.

What We're Looking For

  • Degree or equivalent experience in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication in Greek and English.
  • Ability to multitask and stay calm under pressure, especially during events.
  • Highly organized, proactive, and detail-oriented.
  • Strong interpersonal and negotiation skills.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, etc.).
  • Prior experience in event coordination and/or sponsorship is a strong advantage.
  • A team player with a positive, can-do attitude.
