Job Purpose

The After-Sales Coordinator ensures customer satisfaction after the delivery of products or services by managing service requests, coordinating repairs, handling complaints, and maintaining positive client relationships. This role acts as the link between customers, service teams, and management to guarantee smooth after-sales operations and a high standard of service.

Key Responsibilities


• Act as the main point of contact for customers regarding after-sales inquiries, complaints, and service requests.


• Coordinate with technical/service teams to schedule repairs, maintenance, or product replacements.


• Monitor the progress of customer cases and ensure timely resolution.


• Maintain accurate records of after-sales activities, warranties, and service agreements.


• Provide feedback to the sales and product teams regarding recurring issues, customer concerns, and improvement opportunities.


• Handle customer complaints professionally and escalate when necessary.


• Prepare and distribute after-sales reports (e.g., service performance, warranty claims, response times).


• Support customer retention by ensuring a smooth and positive post-purchase experience.


• Ensure compliance with company policies, warranty terms, and service standards.


• Assist in training and guiding customers on product use and maintenance when needed.

• Proven experience in after-sales, customer service, or coordination roles.


• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.


• Excellent organizational and problem-solving abilities.


• Ability to multitask and manage priorities under pressure.


• Knowledge of CRM systems and MS Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook).


• Detail-oriented with a customer-first mindset.


• Technical knowledge of products/services (industry-specific) is a plus.
