Operations & Sales Coordinator

Role:

This isn't your typical "9-to-5 admin job." This is a front-row seat to the raw, unfiltered startup journey. You'll work directly alongside me — the Sales Manager, co-founder, and shareholder — seeing everything transparently: how sales are made, how operations run, how decisions are taken, and how a business grows from the ground up. Here, you'll gain skills and insights most people take years to even get close to. You'll be my right hand, supporting sales and operations while soaking up real-world business knowledge that will shape your career forever.

Your Mission

  • Update leads, opportunities, and client details.
  • Prepare reports, sales docs, and keep records structured.
  • Handle customer & supplier requests like a pro.
  • Manage applications to the EAC for inspections.
  • Coordinate installations, chase payments, and follow up with stakeholders.
  • Shadow me in the full sales cycle for home, work, and public charging solutions.
  • Get exposure to marketing, presentations, and EV platform development.
