Overview

iQono is a fast-growing, high-risk payment gateway specialized in processing payments for the iGaming sector on a global scale. We are looking for a highly motivated Partnership Manager to join our team and help accelerate our growth.

Requirements

  • Proven experience negotiating and closing commercial terms with financial institutions, PSPs, or processors.
  • Strong knowledge of payment flows, acquiring, processing, fraud, chargebacks, and regulatory compliance.
  • Experience working in or with high-risk sectors such as iGaming, Forex, Crypto, Adult, or similarly regulated industries; iGaming is a must.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills with a global outlook.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English; additional languages are a plus.
  • Strong problem-solving abilities, capable of independently managing complex partner relationships.
  • Familiarity with market trends, pricing models, and competitive offerings within the iGaming space.
  • Self-motivated, energetic, detail-oriented, and able to prioritize tasks to meet deadlines.
  • Understanding of compliance / onboarding / due diligence / risk management is a plus.
  • Multitasking ability to deal with multiple providers at the same time.
  • Experience with relevant payment solutions for each region.
  • Understanding of integration flows and APIs is a plus.
  • Proven ability to leverage an extensive network of contacts in the
    APM (Alternative Payment Methods)
    ecosystem, including acquirers, issuers, PSPs, and technology partners.

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify, approach, and onboard new partners.
  • Maintain and optimize relationships with existing partners.
  • Collaborate with internal teams
  • Track market trends, regulations, and competitive developments in the payments and iGaming sectors.
  • Identify gaps in existing payment solutions and proactively propose new partnerships to fill them.
  • Conduct regular partner performance reviews and resolve operational or commercial issues quickly.
  • Represent iQono at industry events, conferences, and partner meetings when required.
  • Expand APMs partnerships for the EU market predominantly.
