About the Role

We are seeking a
Head of Content
to take ownership of our content function, ensuring that our messaging is not only engaging and relevant but also drives measurable impact across the business. You'll play a pivotal role in developing and executing strategies that
grow our audience
and, in the longer term, improve
ROI across all marketing activity
.

This is a role for someone who is equally passionate about
leading a team
and
rolling up their sleeves
to deliver quality content that resonates in the fast-paced FX industry.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead, manage, and mentor a talented content team, fostering collaboration and creativity.
  • Develop and implement a
    content strategy
    aligned with business goals, audience growth, and ROI objectives.
  • Oversee the creation of engaging, compliant, and high-quality content across multiple channels (web, social, campaigns, PR, and thought leadership).
  • Work closely with marketing, product, and commercial teams to ensure content supports wider brand positioning and commercial objectives.
  • Stay ahead of FX industry trends and competitor activity to ensure our content is always relevant and impactful.
  • Monitor performance analytics and continuously optimise content strategies to drive measurable results.

About You

  • Proven experience in a
    senior content role within the FX industry
    (essential).
  • Strong leadership skills with experience managing and developing a content team.
  • A creative thinker with excellent communication and storytelling ability.
  • Results-driven, with experience measuring success through engagement and ROI.
  • Comfortable working in an office environment with your team – collaboration is key.
  • Highly organised with the ability to balance strategic vision and hands-on delivery.
