Head of Marketing
, you'll be at the heart of the company's growth, leading a talented team and working hands-on with them to build confidence, creativity, and success across every area of the marketing mix. What you'll be doing:

  • Lead, mentor, and inspire a growing marketing team — helping them develop their skills and achieve success
  • Develop and deliver a global marketing strategy to accelerate client acquisition and strengthen the brand
  • Oversee campaigns across digital, content, social, events, and partnerships — ensuring consistency and creativity
  • Work closely with senior leadership to align marketing with business objectives and global growth plans
  • Drive innovative initiatives that position the business as a standout player in the financial trading sector

What we're looking for:

  • Proven leadership experience within
    FX, CFD, or wider online trading marketing
    (essential)
  • A hands-on team player who enjoys working closely with their team to deliver results
  • Strong understanding of global marketing and how to connect with international audiences
  • Experience in creating and executing strategies that drive measurable growth
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to inspire, guide, and collaborate across the business
