WE ARE LOOKING FOR:

Due to continued expansion, FXIFY is looking to hire an experienced and talented
Email Marketing Manager
to join our Cyprus growing team in Limassol office
In this role, you'll lead our CRM and email marketing efforts - driving customer engagement, retention and conversion through strategic campaigns and automation. In more detail, the successful candidate will be responsible to:

  • Develop and execute CRM and Email Marketing strategies to engage, nurture, and retain customers.
  • Manage automated email workflows, segmentation, and personalized communication strategies.
  • Oversee the integration and optimization of CRM tools, ensuring seamless customer interactions.
  • Analyze customer data and campaign performance to improve open rates, CTRs, and conversions.
  • Collaborate with content, design, and product teams to create compelling email campaigns.
  • Utilize basic HTML to edit and format email templates, ensuring proper rendering across devices and email clients.
  • Ensure compliance with data privacy regulations (GDPR, CAN-SPAM, etc.).
  • Continuously A/B test email formats, subject lines, and messaging for improved performance.
  • Monitor customer behavior and feedback to enhance retention strategies.

PERSON SPECIFICATION:

  • 3-5 years of experience in Email Marketing/ CRM / lifecycle marketing, preferably within the Forex/ Prop Trading/ Financial services.
  • Hands-on experience with CRM platforms and marketing automation tools (e.g., , Mailchimp, Stripo).
  • Proficiency in basic HTML for editing and troubleshooting email templates.
  • Strong analytical skills to assess campaign performance and drive improvements.
  • Experience with segmentation, personalization, and automation in email marketing.
  • Ability to manage multiple campaigns in a fast-paced environment.
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
