Middle / Senior Retention Manager

Мы — международная iGaming-компания, создающая высоконагруженные развлекательные платформы. В связи с ростом ищем Retention Manager (Middle/Senior), который будет выстраивать персонализированные коммуникации и повышать лояльность пользователей.

Задачи:

  • Разработка и оптимизация цепочек коммуникаций (email, push, in-app и др.), с фокусом на
    стратегии прогрева email-ящиков и доменов
    .
  • Управление email-кампаниями для верифицированных и не верифицированных пользователей.
  • Создание стратегий сегментации, персонализации и автоматизации.
  • A/B-тестирование гипотез, анализ retention-метрик (retention rate, churn, LTV и др.).
  • Запуск retention-инициатив для ключевых сегментов, особенно в email-маркетинге.
  • Взаимодействие с аналитиками, маркетингом и продуктовой командой.
  • Работа с CRM (Braze, Mindbox, Salesforce и др.), запуск триггерных и автоматизированных кампаний.
  • Подготовка отчетов и предложений по улучшению.

Требования:

  • Опыт в iGaming от 2 лет.
  • Опыт работы в роли Retention / CRM-менеджера.
  • Уверенное владение

    (SQL не обязателен).
  • Глубокое понимание прогрева email-ящиков и построения автоматизированных сценариев.
  • Опыт сегментации, персонализации и запуска retention-кампаний.
  • Навыки A/B-тестирования и анализа результатов.
  • Понимание ключевых продуктовых метрик (retention, churn, LTV).
  • Уверенное владение Excel / Google Sheets.
  • Английский — не ниже Intermediate.

Будет плюсом:

  • Экспертиза в прогреве email-доменов.
  • Знание клиентского пути и поведенческой аналитики.
  • Навыки BI (Power BI, Tableau) или SQL.
  • Опыт внедрения геймификации в retention-кампании.
  • Навыки автоматизации и верификации email-данных.
