Position Summary

We are seeking a Corporate Legal Administrator to support the day-to-day operations. This role combines legal administrative expertise with operational support, helping to streamline workflows, manage legal systems and tools, and ensure the efficient delivery of legal services across the business.

You will work closely with cross-functional departments, supporting both routine legal matters and strategic projects in areas such as contract management, corporate governance, and regulatory compliance.

Key Responsibilities

Legal Operations

·      Assist in the implementation, coordination, and optimization of legal processes, workflows, and systems (e.g. task management tools, contract management systems, legal portals).

·      Maintain and update legal databases and document repositories, ensuring proper accessibility and version control.

·      Coordinate with external legal providers, supporting onboarding, communication, and follow-up.

·      Support compliance and risk management initiatives by coordinating regulatory filings, reports, and policy reviews.

Paralegal & Corporate Support

·      Draft, review, and manage standard legal documents including NDAs, service agreements, and internal templates.

·      Coordinate the execution, notarization, legalization, and filing of corporate and commercial documents.

·      Support corporate governance and entity management, including maintaining statutory registers, coordinating board meetings, and preparing annual filings.

·      Conduct basic legal research and prepare summaries or briefing notes for legal and business stakeholders.

·      Monitor legal deadlines, compliance obligations, and follow up across jurisdictions.

Qualifications & Experience

·      Bachelor's degree in Law or a related field; paralegal certification will be considered an advantage.

· years of experience in a legal, corporate, or legal operations role.

·      Familiarity with contract review, corporate governance, and compliance practices.

·      Hands-on experience with legal technology platforms (e.g. CLM, e-signature tools, entity management systems, task management tools).

·      Strong organizational, project management, and multitasking skills.

·      Excellent written and verbal communication in English.

·      High level of discretion and professionalism in handling sensitive and confidential information.

·      Experience working in a fast-paced, international environment is a must (iGaming industry).

·      Proactive mindset with a focus on process improvement, efficiency, and problem-solving.

·      Ability to work both independently and collaboratively with minimal supervision.
