Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Corporate Administrator, located in Nicosia, Cyprus. The Corporate Administrator will handle corporate tasks, formation and administration of entities at the Registrar of Companies, compliance documentation, and coordination with banks and authorities. Responsibilities also include maintaining accurate corporate records, preparing reports, and liaising with clients and internal teams.
Qualifications
- Expertise in corporate administration, compliance documentation, and entity formation
- Experience in banking coordination, tax and VAT administration
- Attention to detail and proficiency in managing records and reporting
- Strong communication and client relationship management skills
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite and relevant corporate management software
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team and meet deadlines
- Knowledge of Cypriot legal, fiscal, and regulatory frameworks is an advantage
- Fluency in English and Greek, other languages will be considered an advantage
