Working Hours:
Full Time, Permanent Contract, 40 hours per week, Monday – Friday 08:00 – 13:00, 15:00 – 18:00.

Revsoft Management Ltd are currently looking for a full-time permanent Software Support Consultant who have previous experience of a similar role to join our team within our offices in Limassol, Cyprus. Primarily, a client service role, you will be responsible for providing telephone, e-mail and on-site software support to our Clients in Limassol. This is more of a software support role rather than a hardware one.

Some of the key responsibilities

  • Liaise with customers and internal teams on day-to-day basis to identify and resolve application issues.
  • Participate in client software updates and installations.
  • Deliver application training to clients on the effective use of our applications.

As a minimum, candidates should have:

  • Excellent customer service skills.
  • Be an open and clear communicator in both Greek and English, verbally and written.
  • Have strong analytical skills.
  • Be self-motivated, self-sufficient, and able to work under pressure.
  • Ability to work as part of a team and coordinate with other teams or suppliers.
  • The ability to understand new technologies and terminology quickly.
  • Software background, ideally in a service desk or service delivery.
  • Experience of SQL queries and database technologies, in particular MS SQL Server and Oracle.
  • Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology or related field preferred.

The following skills would also be highly desirable:

  • Basic understanding of Microsoft Server platforms and Windows operating systems.
  • Worked in accounts or using accounting software such as Infor SunSystems.
  • Knowledge of the Shipping industry.
