We are looking for a highly organised, tech-savvy professional with strong work ethic to join the Content Management Team of our summit division as a
Content Coordinator.

As a Content Coordinator, you will play a crucial role in supporting a team of Content Managers responsible for crafting the intellectual content of corporate events. Your duties will include preparing event materials, documenting and distributing event information, content managers' calendars, conducting research projects, overseeing speaker relations and logistics, and assisting in onsite event execution.

This is an in-person role located in our
Nicosia
office.

Key Responsibilities

  • Prepare event materials, online and printed versions.
  • Document and distribute event information.
  • Organise Content Managers' calendars.
  • Conduct research projects.
  • Manage speaker relations and logistics.
  • Assist with onsite event execution.

Qualifications

  • Advanced level of English (verbal and written).
  • Bachelor's Degree or Higher: A strong educational background to support your intellectual capabilities.
  • Administrative or customer service experience (minimum 2 years).
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint).
  • Digital and content management system (CMS) experience.
  • Excellent organisational and time management skills.
  • Detail-oriented, diplomatic, and a team player.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and deadline-driven environment.
