DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Run daily bank and payment reconciliations with precision.
  • Manage cash flow, liquidity, and high-value fund movements.
  • Build fee proposals, monitor settlement flows, and deliver clear reporting.
  • Benchmark fees and help refine pricing strategies.
  • Support regulatory reporting and maintain strong internal controls.
  • Collaborate closely with compliance, finance, operations, and product teams to streamline processes and spot risks early.

CANDIDATE PROFILE

  • Degree in Accounting, Finance, Business, or similar.
  • 3–5 years of experience in fintech, payments, or EMI/PSP operations.
  • Strong reconciliation and banking systems expertise.
  • High integrity, sharp attention to detail, and comfort with sensitive data.
  • Excellent Excel skills and a problem-solving mindset.
  • Strong communication skills in English.
