Rooms Division Manager, Paphos - RDM/11/25

Our client, a luxury hotel, is seeking an experienced and dynamic Rooms Division Manager to join our Executive Team.

Reporting directly to the General Manager, the successful candidate will oversee all Front Office, Housekeeping, and Guest Services operations, ensuring that every guest experience reflects the highest standards of personalized service, efficiency, and attention to detail.

The Rooms Division Manager will lead, train, and inspire a passionate team, driving service excellence, operational effectiveness, and guest satisfaction in alignment with the resort's brand values and luxury positioning.

Key Responsibilities

Oversee daily operations of Front Office, Guest Services, and Housekeeping departments.

Ensure seamless arrival and departure experiences, personalized guest interactions, and efficient service delivery.

Lead and motivate department heads to achieve service and financial objectives.

Monitor room standards, cleanliness, and maintenance in collaboration with Engineering.

Implement and uphold SOPs across all rooms division areas.

Manage departmental budgets, forecasts, and cost controls while maintaining quality.

Review guest feedback and implement service recovery and improvement initiatives.

Ensure accurate room inventory management, rate control, and collaboration with

Reservations.

Conduct regular training, appraisals, and performance development for team members.

Act as the property's "Guest Experience Champion," ensuring consistency of service excellence throughout the stay.

Participate in the Duty Managers' schedule, acting as the Manager on Duty and ensuring consistent service excellence across all departments.

Requirements

Degree in Hospitality Management or a related field preferred.

Minimum 4 years' experience in a leadership position within the Rooms Division of a 5-star luxury hotel or resort.

Proven record of managing large teams and multiple departments.

Strong leadership, interpersonal, and communication skills.

Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities.

Fluency in Greek and English required; additional languages will be considered an asset.

Eligibility to live and work in the EU is required.
