Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an Information Technology Sales Account Manager located in Limassol, Cyprus. The IT Sales Account Manager will be responsible for managing client accounts, understanding their IT needs, and recommending suitable products and services. Daily tasks include developing and maintaining customer relationships, identifying new business opportunities, creating and delivering sales presentations, and collaborating with technical teams to align solutions with client requirements. The role also involves achieving sales targets and providing after-sales support to ensure customer satisfaction.

  • Experience in account management and client relationship building
  • Knowledge of Information Technology products and services
  • Strong sales and negotiation skills
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills
  • Ability to understand and explain complex technical details
  • Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities
  • Customer-focused attitude and ability to work independently
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Technology, or a related field
  • Prior experience in the IT industry is a plus
  • Proficiency in spoken and written Greek and English
