Кого мы ищем:

Ты — опытный рекрутер, который понимает, что качественный подбор — это

не про количество, а про глубину.

Ты умеешь выстраивать диалог, чувствовать мотивацию кандидата и

понимать потребности бизнеса.

Ты знаешь, как находить «того самого» специалиста — не только по

навыкам, но и по тому, насколько он впишется в культуру и задачи

клиента.

готов к новым вызовам в агентской среде.

Твои задачи:

Поиск и подбор специалистов для клиентов в разных отраслях

Активное использование LinkedIn, соцсетей, локальных job-board'ов и

собственного нетворка.

Проведение интервью, оценка профессиональных и личностных качеств кандидатов.

Ведение переговоров, подготовка офферов, сопровождение кандидатов до выхода.

Построение партнёрских отношений с клиентами, глубокое понимание их задач.

Анализ рынка труда и поиск новых эффективных каналов привлечения.

Требования:

Опыт в подборе персонала от 3 лет (желательно — в агентстве или

мультифункциональной среде).

Отличные навыки общения, ведения переговоров и оценки кандидатов.

Владение современными инструментами поиска (LinkedIn, соцсети,

job-board'ы и др.).

Уверенное знание английского языка.

Русский язык — обязателен.

Готовность развиваться, быть вовлечённым в процессы и влиять на результат.
