Job Title: Payments Officer

Location: Limassol, Cyprus

About the Role:

We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Payment Officer
 to manage and enhance our payment operations. In this role, you will be responsible for 
overseeing Payment Service Providers (PSPs)
, ensuring transactions are processed smoothly and accurately. You will play a key part in 
safeguarding the integrity of payment flows
, identifying areas for optimization, and supporting the business with 
efficient and reliable financial operations
.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Transaction Monitoring:
     Oversee payment flows, track performance, and ensure prompt resolution of failed or erroneous transactions.
  • Analysis & Reporting:
     Evaluate payment data, identify trends, and recommend process improvements.
  • Cross-Team Collaboration:
     Act as the primary liaison between Finance and Customer Support to ensure smooth coordination.
  • Operational Support:
     Work closely with Operations to troubleshoot and resolve PSP-related issues.
  • Compliance & Risk:
     Contribute to regulatory compliance, fraud prevention, and adherence to internal controls.

Requirements:

  • Experience in payment operations or financial services.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and translate findings into actionable insights.
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to collaborate effectively across teams.
  • High attention to detail with a proactive, problem-solving mindset.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel/Google Sheets and familiarity with reporting tools.
