Our client base spans key industries such as technology, food and beverage, logistics, chemicals, healthcare, and business services.

As a Corporate Finance/M&A Associate, you will have a unique opportunity to join a team that is shaping the future of financial markets. You are offered a job in a cozy office in Limassol from Monday to Friday.

Your tasks on the position:

  • Identify, assess, and analyze M&A opportunities
  • Build and review detailed financial models
  • Prepare investor materials like pitch decks and Information Memoranda
  • Perform in-depth company and industry research
  • Support the sourcing, assessment, and execution of deals

Requirements:

  • 3+ years of experience in Investment Banking or Corporate Finance
  • 1+ year of experience Identify, assess, and analyze M&A opportunities
  • Degree in finance or related field, or CFA/ACA certification
  • Skilled in financial modeling, transaction procedures, and valuation methods
  • Experience with Bloomberg, FactSet, Thomson, Capital IQ, or similar platforms
  • Strong analytical and quantitative abilities
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Ability to handle multiple tasks and projects efficiently
  • Greek С1+
  • English С1+
