JOB OVERVIEW:

With a strong presence in the German-speaking markets and an ambitious growth strategy, we are now expanding our partnerships team and looking to hire an experienced
Affiliate Manager
to accelerate our network of Affiliates and Introducing Brokers (IBs) and most importantly to manage our current partnerships

JOB DESCRIPTION:

  • Identify, approach, and recruit new affiliates and Introducing Brokers globally, with a focus on German-speaking markets.
  • Negotiate and structure partnership agreements tailored to individual partner needs.
  • Act as the main point of contact for all affiliate and IB relationships, providing exceptional support and service.
  • Monitor partner performance and develop strategies to maximise traffic, client acquisition, and trading volumes.
  • Provide partners with marketing materials, platform updates, and product information to help them promote effectively.
  • Analyse and report on partner activity, ROI, and commission structures.
  • Attend relevant industry events, expos, and networking opportunities to represent the brokerage and attract new partners.
  • Ensure all partner activities comply with regulatory and company guidelines.
  • Liaise with Marketing and Sales departments to optimise growth strategy and performance
  • Monitor execution times of partner payouts, invoices and performance reports

PERSON SPECIFICATION:

  • 1-3 years proven similar experience and track record in Partnership Management, Affiliate marketing, or Business Development in the FX, CFD, or broader financial services industry.
  • Strong negotiation and relationship management skills.
  • Understanding of affiliate tracking platforms and performance metrics.
  • Fluent English; German or other European languages are a strong plus.
  • Ability to travel internationally for meetings and events when required.
  • Results-oriented, self-starter with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
