The Senior Sales ICT Solutions Manager will lead the sales and business development of advanced ICT solutions in Cyprus, focusing on enterprise clients, public sector, and channel partners. The role requires a proven track record in ICT infrastructure, cloud, and solutions sales, with the ability to drive growth, manage key accounts, and support ASBIS.CY strategic expansion into datacenter, cybersecurity, AI, and IoT verticals.

Key Responsibilities


• Develop and execute the sales strategy for ICT solutions (datacenter, networking, cloud, cybersecurity, IoT, and enterprise software).


• Drive new business development with enterprise and government clients, as well as channel/partner ecosystem.


• Manage the full sales cycle: prospecting, solution design coordination with vendors, proposals, negotiations, and closing.


• Build and maintain strong relationships with decision makers (CIOs, IT Directors, procurement).


• Collaborate with vendors (e.g., Supermicro, Vertiv, Huawei, Microsoft, VIGI/TP-Link) to position ASBIS as a preferred partner for ICT projects.


• Support presales and technical teams in solution development and proposal creation.


• Achieve and exceed quarterly and annual sales targets.


• Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and customer needs to refine go-to-market strategies.


• Represent ASBIS.CY at industry events, exhibitions, and customer briefings.

Qualifications & Experience


• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Business Administration, or related field (Master's degree is an advantage).


• Minimum 5–7 years of sales experience in ICT solutions (datacenter, networking, cloud, or enterprise IT).


• Proven success in large-scale ICT project sales (enterprise and/or government).


• Strong network of relationships with ICT decision-makers in Cyprus market.


• Excellent knowledge of key ICT vendors, technologies, and trends.


• Fluency in Greek and English (written and spoken).


• Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.


• Ability to work under pressure and deliver results in a competitive market.
