What you will do:

  • Participate in regular reviews of internal policies and procedures, ensuring compliance and AML/CFT documentation remains up to date.
  • Support the client onboarding process: review KYC documents, monitor AML requirements, and identify high-risk clients.
  • Assist with internal reports and documentation for regulators or audit requests, maintaining registries and logs (complaints, breaches, inspection results).
  • Analyze compliance team activity data, identify trends, and prepare reports with recommendations for management.
  • Advise teams across the company — support, back office, marketing — on regulatory requirements; review and approve marketing materials and client communications.
  • Maintain the document management system: version control, archiving, and logs required for regulatory purposes.

We expect:

  • Higher education in law, finance, or business.
  • At least 1 year of experience in compliance, legal, or risk management within the financial sector.
  • Understanding of financial regulation principles and AML/CFT requirements.
  • Ability to interpret complex regulatory standards and apply them in practice.
  • Advanced knowledge of Greek and Russian.
  • CySEC Advanced certification is a plus.
