Обязанности
- Контроль повседневной работы офиса и поддержание комфортной атмосферы
- Управление запасами, поставщиками и вопросами по помещению
- Поддержка иностранных сотрудников при релокации и онбординге
- Взаимодействие с юристами и иммиграционными консультантами
- Административная поддержка генерального директора
- Ведение переписки, документации и расписания
- Координация и коммуникация внутри компании
Требования
- 3+ лет опыта работы офис-менеджером, HR/релокационным специалистом или ассистентом
- Сильные организационные навыки и умение работать в многозадачности
- Отличные коммуникативные навыки
- Уверенное владение MS Office/Google Workspace
- Английский B2+
- Русский родной
