As wecontinue to expand, we are seeking a driven and strategic Project Manager – Web Development to join our team.We are seeking a highly organizedand experienced Project Manager – Web Development to oversee the planning,coordination, and execution of all web -related projects. The ideal candidate will have a strong understandingof website principles, web performance, accessibility, and enterprise -levelcontent architecture. Your role at HFM:Plan, manage, and deliver web development projects from ideation tolaunch.Coordinate with cross functional teams to ensure that all teamsare on track with project requirements, deadlines, and schedules.Monitor day -to -day project progress, risks, and dependencies.Ensure alignment with marketing initiatives, business objectives, andglobal deadlines.Oversee the development of new website features, landing pages,integrations, and improvements.Act as the main communication bridge between developers, UI/UX, QA,marketing, and contentLead sprint planning, daily stand -ups, and retrospectives usingAgile/Scrum methodologies.Effectively communicate with and manage project stakeholders.Translate business requirements into actionable technical documentation.Coordinate handovers between development, quality assurance, anddeployment teams.Maintain clear project documentation including requirements, workflows,timelines, and release notes.Prepare dashboards, status reports, and KPIs for management.Enforce process standards for efficient delivery.RequirementsBSc/BA in ComputerScience, Computer Engineering, or a related field.3+ years' experience in Project Management within Web Development orDigital fields.Understanding of webtechnologies, and deployment workflows.Experience with Jira, Asana,Confluence, Figma.Excellent communication andstakeholder management skills.Experience with Agile/Scrum.PMP/Prince II or/and Agile/Scrum certificationswould be considered an advantage.​Applicantsmust be eligible or have legal authorization to work in the country where theposition is based.BenefitsBy joining us, you can expect:Hybrid Work Model (up to 2 days working from home).22 days of Annual Leave (reachingup to 30 days per year based on years' service)Comprehensive Health& Life Insurance (from day one)Friday afternoons offin Summer (July &August)Birthday LeaveGym Membership (Larnaca)Referral BonusPaid Time Off forTraining & Education Ready to Kick Offan Exceptional Career?Join HFM and shape your future with a company that values growth, innovation and people.Sounds like you?
