Join the Food & Beverage team of a world-class 5-star Mediterranean resort in the beautiful Island of Cyprus. As part of our F&B department, you will play a key role in delivering exceptional dining experiences across our restaurants, bars, and lounges. Whether welcoming guests, preparing signature drinks, or delivering elegant table service, you will help uphold the resort's commitment to luxury hospitality.

Role Purpose

The purpose of these roles is to ensure seamless dining and beverage service while maintaining the highest standards of hospitality, efficiency, and guest satisfaction. You will support daily F&B operations and work closely with your team to create memorable experiences for every guest.

Key Responsibilities

  • Deliver exceptional service across restaurants, bars, and lounges
  • Welcome guests, take orders, and serve food and beverages
  • Handle payments accurately and follow cash-handling procedures
  • Ensure cleanliness and organization of service areas
  • Prepare beverages and support bar operations (Bartenders)
  • Manage table allocations and guest flow (Hostess)
  • Provide menu guidance and upsell premium items
  • Coordinate with kitchen and bar teams for smooth service
  • Uphold all company standards and guest service procedures

Tasks & Duties

Waiter / Waitress

  • Provide attentive table service with elegance and accuracy
  • Take orders, deliver food and beverages, handle guest needs
  • Maintain section cleanliness and ensure table readiness
  • Upsell menu items and support guest satisfaction

Bartender

  • Prepare and serve cocktails, beverages, and specialty drinks
  • Maintain bar cleanliness, stock rotation, and inventory
  • Engage with guests while ensuring consistent drink quality
  • Follow responsible service of alcohol procedures

Host / Hostess

  • Welcome guests with professionalism and warmth
  • Manage reservations, table assignments, and guest seating
  • Coordinate guest flow during peak dining periods
  • Provide information about menus, concepts, and facilities

Cashier

  • Handle payments, transactions, and POS operations
  • Issue receipts, manage billing accuracy, and maintain float balance
  • Support restaurant hosts and servers with administrative tasks
  • Ensure excellent customer service at all times
