Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a German-Speaking Traders Support Officer located in Limassol. The Traders Support Officer will be responsible for providing excellent customer support to our traders, handling inquiries through multiple communication channels, managing and resolving trading issues, and ensuring traders have a seamless experience. This role requires close collaboration with various teams to enhance the support process and maintain high customer satisfaction levels.

Qualifications

  • Fluency in German and English, both written and spoken
  • Excellent customer service and support skills
  • Strong knowledge of trading platforms and financial markets
  • Good problem-solving and multitasking abilities
  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
  • Prior experience in a similar role or in the financial/trading industry is a plus
  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, or a related field is preferred
