About the Role

On behalf of a our client, we are hiring a
Finance & Compliance Officer
to oversee the full financial heartbeat of their sweepstakes platform. This role is about more than processing payments, it's about keeping a watchful eye on every financial movement across the business.

You'll manage provider and affiliate payments, verify player redemptions, keep books reconciled, and make sure all flows comply with AML, KYC, and fraud-prevention standards. You'll work hand in hand with their compliance tools and partners, including Shufti Pro for KYC and SEON's Managed Risk Service for fraud and risk reviews to ensure transactions are both accurate and safe.

If something doesn't add up, you'll be the first to spot it, hold it back, and escalate it properly.

Your Impact

Financial Oversight & Bookkeeping

  • Maintain up-to-date financial records for purchases, redemptions, provider invoices, and affiliate commissions.
  • Reconcile PSP statements, affiliate reports, and internal ledgers on a regular basis.
  • Track liabilities and reserves to ensure smooth cash flow management.
  • Prepare audit-ready documentation and support compliance reporting

Payments & Payouts

  • Manage payments to providers, vendors, and affiliates with accuracy and timeliness.
  • Review and approve player redemption requests (Sweep Coins → cash/prizes).
  • Confirm all payouts pass KYC verification via Shufti Pro.
  • Cross-check redemptions against SEON Managed Risk Service findings before releasing funds.
  • Escalate suspicious activity or mismatched records to Compliance or Legal.

Risk & Compliance Monitoring

  • Act as the first line of oversight: no payout moves without cleared KYC and SEON risk review.
  • Ensure flagged accounts are held until fully reviewed and resolved.
  • Maintain audit trails for approvals, rejections, and escalations.
  • Support compliance/legal teams with PSP, affiliate, or regulator requests.

Partner & Affiliate Relations

  • Coordinate affiliate commission cycles, validating referred traffic before processing payments.
  • Process provider invoices on schedule, ensuring alignment with contracts.
  • Build trust with partners through consistent and transparent financial management.

You Bring

  • Experience in financial operations, bookkeeping, or payments management.
  • Knowledge of AML/KYC frameworks and compliance procedures.
  • Comfortable working with PSP reconciliations, affiliate models, and financial records.
  • Detail-oriented, with the ability to quickly spot irregularities.
  • High integrity when handling sensitive financial data.
  • Clear communicator who can work across Finance, Compliance, and Operations.
  • Experience in gaming, fintech, or sweepstakes is a plus.
