The firm
A. ZEMENIDES & CO is a boutique firm of Certified Chartered Accountants and Registered Auditors and an ACCA approved employer providing a comprehensive range of services to clients, from audit and assurance to tax and business consulting.
We are currently looking for a dynamic person to join our team on a full-time basis.
Key Responsibilities
Greet and welcome visitors in a warm and professional manner
Answer, screen, and forward incoming phone calls
Manage appointment scheduling and meeting room bookings
Sort, and distribute deliveries
Assist with administrative tasks such as data entry, filing, and document preparation
Handle inquiries and provide basic information to clients and visitors
Prepare social insurances for clients
Prepare and submit Annual Returns and other forms to the Registrar of Companies
Provide support to other departments with administrative tasks as needed
Maintain office records, filing systems, and databases
Assist with the preparation of reports, presentations, and documentation
Coordinate meetings, appointments, welcome clients, offer beverages, make sure that all office areas are clean and order any necessary cleaning, kitchen and office supplies
What we are looking for:
Diploma in Secretarial Studies, LCCI Higher in Accounting or similar
Fluency in English and Greek
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
Proven work experience as a Receptionist, Front Desk Representative, Junior Accountant or similar role
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
Familiarity with office equipment (e.g. printers, scanners, phone systems).
