
Admissions and Events Coordinator

The Admissions & Events Coordinator plays a vital role in ensuring a smooth, supportive, and professional admissions experience for prospective families. By coordinating application processes, managing parent communication, organising assessments and interviews, and supporting the transition of new students, this role helps build strong first impressions and lasting relationships with the school community. The position also contributes to the success of key school events and provides front-desk support, serving as a welcoming and informative presence for visitors and families alike.
Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinate the admissions cycle for prospective students, including reviewing applications and supporting documents submitted by parents.
- Support the initial review and selection process.
- Organise and administer entrance tests, and prepare results for the academic team.
- Schedule and coordinate interviews with students and families.
- Communicate with parents throughout the admissions process, providing guidance and timely updates.
- Keep accurate and up-to-date student records
- Support the arrival and integration of new parents and pupils, sharing relevant information prior to joining.
- Assist in coordinating school events, including entrance exams, open days, school fairs, and graduations.
- Provide reception support, welcoming visitors and assisting with front-desk duties.
Requirements:
- Experience in student admissions or roles involving direct interaction with clients/customers.
- Strong analytical skills, with excellent organisational and time-management abilities.
- Ability to work with spreadsheets and standard office programs.
- A collaborative, team-oriented approach.
- Fluency in English and Greek; any other language is an asset.
