As a Junior Complaints Officer, you will manage complaints in line with regulatory guidelines and the company’s policy. Your responsibilities include handling, investigating, and resolving customer complaints within set timeframes, as well as obtaining necessary information from other departments. You will present detailed summaries of complaints to the Head of the Department and Management, negotiate suitable resolutions with customers, ensure written official replies are provided, and generate complaints-related reports as requested.

Main Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Managing complaints in accordance with regulatory guidelines and complaints handling policy of the Company.
  • Responsible for handling, investigating, and resolving customers’ complaints within given timeframes.
  • Obtaining necessary information/updates from other departments regarding the resolution of the complaints.
  • Presenting detailed summaries of complaints to the Head of the Department as well as to the Management.
  • Negotiating suitable resolutions to complaints with customers.
  • Ensuring that a written official reply is provided to the complainant on the company’s decisions and findings.
  • Providing complaints-related reports as requested.

Candidate Profile:

  • Previous experience in handling Complaints in the Financial Industry will be considered as an advantage.
  • University or College Degree in Law or previously working as a Legal Secretary.
  • Fluency in English Language.
  • Good knowledge of any other language will be considered as an advantage.
  • Excellent judgment and detailed oriented.
  • Ability to deliver solutions quickly, efficiently, and with accuracy.
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work well under pressure.
