We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Accounts Officer to join our team in Limassol, Cyprus.

Responsibilities:
  • Manage daily bookkeeping for Group's entities and support month-end and year-end reporting
  • Maintain and balance general ledgers in an accurate, complete, and up-to-date manner
  • Record purchase invoices and arrange settlement
  • Issue sales invoices to customers and follow up on outstanding payments
  • Prepare monthly management accounts
  • Prepare and submit VAT and VIES reporting
  • Prepare monthly payroll, calculate PAYE, Social Insurance and Tax deductions
  • Liaise with auditors as necessary
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting or LCCI Higher Level (or equivalent)
  • Minimum of 3 years of relevant experience in a similar position
  • Thorough knowledge and understanding of general accounting principles
  • Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office, especially Excel
  • Knowledge of Dynamics 365 Business Central software is an advantage
  • Strong organisational, analytical skills and attention to detail
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
