The ideal professional will have experience working within an international environment and willing to exercise high levels of flexibility relating to the execution of their duties.

Responsibilities:

  • Providing support to legal, banking and accounting teams in relation to handling KYC/CDD requests from local and international banks, auditors, law firms and other relevant parties;
  • Liaising with relevant teams across the group of companies worldwide, lawyers, banks and other relevant parties to ensure that appropriate compliance-related information is produced and compliance requirements are met;
  • Preparation of documents and KYC/CDD forms for submission to banks and other relevant parties;
  • Daily on going administration related to KYC/CDD procedures;
  • Updating and maintaining relevant AML/Compliance records;
  • Drafting minutes, resolutions and notices for corporate governance of Cyprus companies.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Law, Legal Studies, Business Administration or any related field;
  • Knowledge of Cyprus Company law, AML regulations and certification of documents;
  • Minimum 2 years of proven experience in compliance and corporate administration;
  • Strong organisational and analytical skills; high attention to detail;
  • Effective communication and interpersonal abilities;
  • Fluency in both English and Greek;
  • CYSEC or CBA AML certification will be considered an advantage.
