  • Configure and support computers running macOS and Windows, ensuring our team has the tools they need to succeed.
  • Manage the issuance, receipt, and accounting of IT equipment, keeping our tech inventory in top shape.
  • Provide essential support for office networks, printers, and internet connectivity, ensuring seamless operations.
  • Conduct basic repairs and maintenance of office equipment, keeping everything running smoothly.
  • Administer the office access control system and CCTV, ensuring a secure work environment.
  • Offer daily user support and troubleshoot issues, making sure everyone can work efficiently. CANDIDATE PROFILE
    • Ideally you will be educated to Bachelor's degree level or the equivalent in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
    • Basic knowledge of computer networking and Structured Cabling Systems (SCS).
    • Strong communication skills with a user-oriented approach.
    • Proficiency in English, with strong written communication skills.
    • Ideally at least 1 year of experience as a System Administrator or Support Engineer.
