Customer Support Representative

This is a unique opportunity to work as a Customer Support Representative in a dynamic environment. Your primary responsibility will be to manage company chats, emails, and calls while providing exceptional customer service.

You will effectively identify and assess customers' needs to achieve satisfaction, handling inquiries from new leads and clients through various channels.

As a key member of our team, you will work independently and collaboratively with other departments to solve complex issues and ensure customer satisfaction.

We are seeking an individual with excellent communication and presentation skills, who can work under pressure and meet deadlines. A strong command of English and Farsi languages, both verbal and written, is essential for this role.

In addition to your language proficiency, you should have experience in customer support, preferably in the Forex and financial market industry. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM systems is also required.

  • Proven customer support experience
  • Excellent command of English (C1) and Farsi (C1) languages

  • Flexible to work on weekly rotating shifts

Gross €1,400 (X13) - €1,700 (x13) experience and interview success dependant

Shifts: 08 AM - 04 PM, 04 PM - midnight, midnight - 08 AM. Shift allowance for afternoon shift - 15%, night shift 30% allowance.
