Remote Gaming Support Agent

We are seeking a Customer Support Agent to join our international support team representing global brands in consumer electronics and e-commerce. In this remote role, you'll be the first point of contact for customers via email, chat, phone, and social media, offering support, resolving issues, and ensuring customer satisfaction with professionalism and empathy.

You will receive guided training to help you grow your skills and deliver high-quality service across platforms. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys technology, working with international clients, and being part of a diverse remote team.

Key Requirements
  • Proficient in Turkish (C1+) and English (B2+).
  • Based in Bulgaria, Cyprus, or Greece.
  • Genuinely interested in tech, e-commerce, and providing excellent service.
  • Comfortable learning new systems and adapting quickly.
  • Able to work independently with a reliable home setup.
  • Prior experience in customer service or support roles is a plus.
Tech Specifications
  • Stable internet: Min. 10 Mbps upload/download, with latency under 200ms.
  • Minimum 8GB RAM.
  • Operating system: Windows 10 (64-bit) or newer.
  • Processor: Intel i5-8260U or equivalent.
  • A smartphone capable of two-factor authentication: Android 10.0+ or iOS 15.0+.
