Customer Service Representative

We are seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Customer Service Representative to join our team in Greece.

About the Role

This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who is passionate about delivering exceptional customer experiences and has excellent communication skills.

The successful candidate will be responsible for responding to customer inquiries, resolving issues, and providing support via phone, email, or chat.

You will work closely with colleagues across departments to resolve complex issues and maintain high levels of customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

  • Respond to customer inquiries in German via phone, email, or chat.

  • Deliver clear, friendly, and efficient support for a range of products or services.

  • Help customers solve problems, place orders, or get the information they need.

  • Keep accurate records of interactions in the CRM system.

  • Collaborate with colleagues across departments to resolve issues quickly.

  • Maintain high customer satisfaction through empathy, patience, and professionalism.

Requirements

  • Fluent German (C1 or higher) and good English skills (B2+).

  • Previous experience in customer service is a plus, but not required.

  • Comfortable using digital tools and communicating online.

  • A calm, solutions-focused approach even under pressure.

  • Residence in Greece (or willing to relocate with company support).
