Job Overview

We are seeking a highly motivated and organized Human Resources Coordinator to join our team at Emerald Zebra in Limassol, Cyprus. As a key member of our HR department, you will be responsible for supporting the smooth operation of our organization.

Salary and Benefits

The successful candidate can expect a competitive salary of 1250 euro gross per month, paid bi-weekly. In addition to your salary, you will also receive medical health insurance, complimentary lunch, unlimited daily snacks and beverages, and a monetary voucher on birthdays and additional occasions.

Key Responsibilities

Your primary responsibilities as a Human Resources Coordinator will include:

  • Managing weekly orders for supplies and equipment for our offices in Cyprus.
  • Coordinating with vendors and service providers to address office-related maintenance issues.
  • Maintaining and updating HR records and databases.
  • Assisting in scheduling interviews and coordinating calendars.
  • Organizing team-building activities and office events.
  • Coordinating logistics for meetings, training sessions, and celebrations.
  • Providing basic HR information to employees and handling inquiries.
  • Supporting other HR-related tasks and projects as needed.
Requirements

To be considered for this role, you must possess the following qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in human resources or a related field.
  • Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Fluent in Greek and English.
  • Team player with a positive attitude.
  • EU citizenship.
About You

You are a recent graduate eager to begin your career in HR. You have excellent organizational skills, strong communication abilities, and a passion for working in a supportive environment. You are proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and have experience with maintaining HR records and databases. You are fluent in Greek and English and hold EU citizenship.
