Job Description:

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Receptionist/Office Administrator to join our team. This is an exciting opportunity for someone who is passionate about providing exceptional customer service and ensuring the smooth operation of our office.

The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of managing incoming phone calls and emails, maintaining a clean and presentable reception area, and providing general administrative support to the team.

  • Greet and welcome clients, visitors, and staff in a professional and friendly manner
  • Manage booking of meeting rooms and assist with meeting preparations

Administrative Support:

The successful candidate will be responsible for providing general administrative support to the team, including document preparation, data entry, filing, and record keeping.

  • Coordinate couriers, mail distribution, and shipping logistics

Office Coordination:

The selected candidate will be responsible for ensuring the smooth running of daily office operations, including ordering and managing office supplies and inventory, liaising with vendors, maintenance providers, and building management as needed.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience as a receptionist, office administrator, or similar role

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel) and office management tools
  • Professional appearance and demeanour
  • Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion
  • High level of reliability, punctuality, and attention to detail
