About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Corporate Administrator to join our team at Emerald Zebra, a well-established provider of corporate services in Cyprus. As a key member of our operations department, you will play a vital role in managing day-to-day corporate administration tasks, ensuring compliance, and providing essential support to our diverse client base and internal teams.

Key Responsibilities
  • Company Management: Oversee the management of key corporate administration tasks, including company incorporation, name applications, changes to shareholders/directors/registered office/secretary/articles, submission of financial statements, share capital changes, and ordering new certificates.
  • Statutory Compliance: Maintain statutory registers and ensure adherence to legal requirements, guaranteeing that all necessary documents are accurately prepared and submitted on time.
  • Document Management: Update and maintain both physical and electronic company files and profiles, ensuring seamless access to crucial information for our clients and internal teams.
  • Client Support: Provide administrative assistance in communication between auditors, accountants, and in-house client accounts departments, fostering strong relationships with our clients and partners.
  • Company Formation: Assist clients with company formation and preparation of relevant documents, supporting their business needs and goals.
  • Team Collaboration: Work collaboratively with our small team to achieve departmental standards and targets, contributing to the success of Emerald Zebra.
Requirements
  • Experience: At least 3-5 years of experience in a similar role, with a proven track record of managing complex corporate administration tasks.
  • Knowledge: Strong knowledge of company formation, administration, and statutory matters, including Anti Money Laundering regulations (due diligence & KYC).
  • Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office and general computer skills, with familiarity with Quorum software being an advantage.
  • Language: Fluency in Greek and English (written and spoken), allowing for effective communication with our diverse client base.
What We Offer
  • Salary: A competitive salary range of 1800-2300 Euro gross per month, dependent on experience.
  • Working Hours: Monday to Thursday 08:00-17:00, Friday 08:00-14:00, offering a healthy work-life balance.
