Role Description

We're looking for a CRM / Retention Manager to design, implement, and optimize multi-channel customer journeys for our online casino products. This role is perfect for someone who is data-driven, user-focused, and passionate about building personalized communication that drives engagement, loyalty, and lifetime value.

You will own the retention strategy end-to-end: from segmentation and campaign setup in platforms like

, to analyzing performance and iterating on lifecycle strategies.

This is a full-time remote position with flexible hours and close collaboration with the Product, Marketing, and Data teams.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute CRM and retention strategies across email, push, SMS, and in-app messaging
  • Design automated customer journeys to increase engagement, conversions, and loyalty
  • Segment users based on behavior, lifecycle stage, and value
  • Create A/B tests and continuously optimize communication for performance
  • Analyze campaign metrics and user data to identify trends and opportunities
  • Collaborate with Product and Marketing teams to align retention initiatives with business goals
  • Ensure compliance with industry standards, GDPR, and responsible gaming requirements

Required Qualifications

  • Proven experience in CRM, retention, or lifecycle marketing (ideally in online gaming, iGaming, or e-commerce)
  • Strong knowledge of customer segmentation, cohort analysis, and marketing automation tools (

    , Braze, Iterable, or similar)
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to turn data into actionable insights
  • Excellent written communication skills and ability to craft compelling user-facing messages
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Proficiency in English

Bonus Skills

  • Experience in iGaming, sweepstakes, or social casinos
  • Knowledge of responsible gaming frameworks
  • Familiarity with BI tools (Tableau, Looker, PowerBI) or SQL for deeper analysis
  • Experience in managing VIP or loyalty programs
