The Role
We are establishing a new Project Management Department within our group, and we're looking for a highly organized and proactive Project Operations Coordinator to join us.

In this role, you will be responsible for coordinating multiple cross-functional initiatives, ensuring timely execution, and maintaining alignment across teams and projects. You will play a key role in supporting the operational backbone of the department and optimizing workflows through structured processes and automation.

Job Responsibilities

• Manage and monitor the project board in , including defining project phases, assigning tasks to departments, and tracking execution against timelines.
• Coordinate timelines, milestones, and key deliverables across multiple projects.
• Collaborate across departments in a matrix structure, ensuring effective communication and accountability.
• Support planning, documentation, and reporting processes.
• Ensure alignment and follow-up on operational deliverables across teams.
• Build and implement automations and workflows to improve project management systems and efficiency (particularly within or similar tools).
• Provide operational support across two brands within the group.

Job Requirements

• Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar coordination or operations role.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Critical thinking and a problem-solving mindset.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and work independently.
• Experience with com or other project management systems is an advantage.
• Hebrew speaker – considered an advantage.
