Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an Operations Coordinator located in Limassol Municipality. The Operations Coordinator will be responsible for coordinating day-to-day operations, managing schedules, liaising with clients and security personnel, supervising operational tasks, ensuring compliance with security protocols, and addressing any issues that arise during operations. The coordinator will also assist in the development and implementation of operational strategies and procedures.

Qualifications

  • Excellent organizational and time management skills
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Experience in operations coordination or a similar role
  • Knowledge of security protocols and procedures
  • Ability to work effectively under pressure and meet tight deadlines
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software
  • Relevant certifications in security or operations management are a plus
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or related field
