Position summary/ Responsibilities 
The Loyalty Services  Host, operates the Loyalty Club and casino promotion counters, including any on floor assistance to members or casino patrons. The Host provides services to fulfill and support all Membership program maintenance, benefits, complimentary and other tasks as set by management.  

Acts as a front-line service representative on behalf of Cyprus Casinos and City of Dreams Mediterranean ensuring a high standard of guest relations is provided to all patrons in accordance with established service standards. ​​​​​​​

  • Must be able to work indoors and be exposed to various environments such as, but not limited to noise, dust, cigarette smoke and fragrances, standing for prolonged hours    
Work schedule- shifts
Ability to work shifts in a 24/7 operation, 6 days /week, 9 hours per shift with a total of 1 hour break.

Remarks 

​​​​​​​When working in CY Public Holidays the payment per working day will be extra paid. Training will be provided

  • Basic NET Salary: 1015€/month X 13 months
  • Flight Tickets :  Upon Arrival and Departure       
  • Accomodation is to be provided by the company covering all utility bills  
NET SALARIES OF THE NON-EU EMPLOYEES ARE LOWER DUE TO LOCAL LAWULATIONS AND TAXES
