Dart Recruitment, on behalf of a regulated Cyprus Investment Firm, is seeking a Junior Accountant to join their growing finance team in Nicosia. This is an excellent opportunity for a motivated professional with a passion for numbers and precision to become part of a dynamic organization operating within the financial services sector.

Key Responsibilities

• Maintain and update accounting records and files.

• Post journal entries and process invoices, expenses, and payments.

• Reconcile bank statements and company accounts.

• Support month-end, quarter-end, and year-end close processes.

• Assist with PSPs daily reconciliation.

• Assist in analyzing and monitoring financial reports on a daily/weekly/monthly basis.

• Interact with internal and external auditors in completing audits.

• Liaise with local authorities (e.g. Social Insurance, VAT, tax authorities).

• Assist in managing and ensuring accounts segregations of "A-Book" and "B-Book".

• Perform any other relevant duties that may be required from time to time.

Candidate Profile

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.

• 1–2 years of experience in the financial sector.

• Previous experience with accounting software such as NetSuite, Xero, or E-Soft.

• Advanced MS Excel skills.

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.

• Attention to detail.

• Well organized, ability to meet tight deadlines and prioritize tasks.

• Previous experience in CIF will be considered an advantage.
