As wecontinue to expand, we are seeking a driven and strategic Compliance and Auditing Officer to join our team.The Compliance and AuditingOfficer is responsible for performing compliance risk assessment andmaintaining the monitoring program under different jurisdictions. The role alsoinvolves carrying out internal investigations, reviewing current procedures, andrecommending appropriate actions to strengthen operational integrity andcompliance. In addition, this officer performs analysis and research on variousindustry -related matters, preparing essential reports and providing advice onregulatory matters. This position reports directly tothe Head of Compliance and provides regular updates on investigations, analysisfindings, and remedial actions. The Officer will also prepare gap analyses,construct mitigating action plans, and advise on regulatory related matters. Yourrole at HFM:Performing compliance risk assessment andmaintaining the monitoring program under different jurisdictions.Performing analysis and research on variousindustry -related matters.Preparing gap analysis and constructing mitigatingaction plans.Preparing reports based on the analysis performedand advising/recommending on regulatory related matters.Carrying out internal investigations, andrecommending appropriate actions to strengthen operational integrity andcompliance.Lead investigations into misconduct, fraud, policybreaches or operational failures.Investigate current procedures and work with otherdepartments to take remedial action.Write clear investigation reports with conclusionsand recommendations and provide regular updates to the Head of Compliance.Assist with investigations during inspections,ensuring the organization responds effectively.Maintain case records and always ensureconfidentiality,RequirementsBachelor's degree in Law, Business, Finance, orrelated field (preferred).Industry experience in a compliance role of amulti -regulated investment firm.3 -4 years' experience in investigations, complianceand internal audit.Strong investigation, interviewing, andreport -writing skills.Ability to review procedures, identify wrongdoingpatterns, and recommend improvements.Good communication and teamwork skills, withdiscretion on sensitive matters.Confidence to present findings and recommendationsdirectly to senior management.Applicantsmust be eligible or have legal authorization to work in the country where theposition is based.BenefitsHybrid Work Model (up to 2 days working from home).22 days of Annual Leave (reachingup to 30 days per year based on years' service)Comprehensive Health& Life Insurance (from day one)Friday afternoons offin Summer (July &August)Birthday LeaveGym Membership (Larnaca)Referral BonusPaid Time Off forTraining & Education Ready to Kick Offan Exceptional Career?Join HFM and shape your future with a company that values growth, innovation and people.Sounds like you?
