ΠΕΡΙΓΡΑΦΗ ΘΕΣΗΣ

Ο/Η υποψήφιος/ια θα ανήκει σε νομικό τμήμα της εταιρείας και θα παρέχει γραμματειακή υποστήριξη στους δικηγόρους του τμήματος. Ο/Η υποψήφιος/ια θα διεκπεραιώνει τα καθήκοντα του/της σύμφωνα με τις πολιτικές και διαδικασίες της εταιρείας και οποιαδήποτε άλλα projects που ίσως να του/της ανατεθούν.

ΚΑΘΗΚΟΝΤΑ

  • Διαχείριση τηλεφωνικών κλήσεων και αλληλογραφίας (ηλεκτρονικό ταχυδρομείο, επιστολές κ.λπ.).
  • Συντονισμός και προγραμματισμός συναντήσεων και τηλεδιασκέψεων.
  • Επικοινωνία με πελάτες και εξωτερικούς συνεργάτες.
  • Δακτυλογράφηση και ετοιμασία εγγράφων.
  • Αρχειοθέτηση, διαχείριση και οργάνωση εγγράφων και φακέλων του τμήματος.
  • Επισκέψεις και συνεργασία με δημόσιες αρχές.
  • Παροχή γραμματειακής και διοικητικής υποστήριξης όπου χρειάζεται.
  • Εκτέλεση άλλων συναφών καθηκόντων που ίσως να ανατεθούν.

ΠΡΟΣΟΝΤΑ

  • Πτυχίο Πανεπιστημίου ή δίπλωμα.
  • Προηγούμενη απασχόληση σε δικηγορική εταιρεία ή σε παρόμοια θέση θα θεωρηθεί επιπρόσθετο προσόν.
  • Άριστη γνώση ελληνικής και αγγλικής γλώσσας.
  • Άριστη γνώση Η/Υ.
  • Καλές οργανωτικές και επικοινωνιακές δεξιότητες.
  • Διακριτικότητα και εμπιστευτικότητα.
  • Ακεραιότητα χαρακτήρα, συνέπεια και υπευθυνότητα.
