The Ideal Candidate Should Have:

  • A degree in Computer Science, Computing, or related fields, or a diploma from a Public/Private Vocational Training Institute in IT and Network Engineering or Telecommunications/Technical and Vocational Education and Training in Electrical and Electronic Applications.
  • Problem-solving ability in software/hardware.
  • Strong communication skills and a passion for solving technical problems.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide technical support for computer systems and networks.
  • On-site repair of hardware and software, troubleshooting software and system issues.
  • Managing settings and troubleshooting Active Directory accounts and email.
  • Installing and upgrading software.
