Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role based in London. The role involves delivering tailored rehabilitation and performance enhancement programs for elite athletes. Responsibilities include conducting athlete assessments, designing customized training plans, implementing advanced recovery protocols, and collaborating with a multidisciplinary team to ensure optimal outcomes. The role may also involve maintaining records, participating in performance reviews, and supporting athletes in achieving their targeted goals.

Qualifications

  • Proficiency in rehabilitation methods, fitness training, and performance optimization.
  • Experience in designing personalized training programs and assessing performance metrics.
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills to work effectively within a multidisciplinary team environment.
  • Detail-oriented with the ability to maintain accurate records and monitor progress.
  • Knowledge of sports-specific training methodologies and injury prevention strategies.
  • Demonstrated ability to adapt and cater to the needs of elite athletes.
  • Bachelor's degree in Sports Science, Physical Therapy, Kinesiology, or a related field; advanced certifications in sports performance or rehabilitation are a plus.
