We are seeking an experienced and results-oriented Technology Sales Manager. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in technology sales, exceptional leadership abilities, and a passion for building lasting client relationships. Key Responsibilities

· Lead, mentor, and motivate the technology sales team to achieve and exceed ambitious sales targets

· Develop and execute successful sales strategies for cloud, security, and managed service solutions

· Identify and pursue new business opportunities, building a robust pipeline of prospects and cultivating strong client relationships

· Collaborate with technical and delivery teams to ensure our solutions meet and exceed client needs

· Analyze market trends, competitor activity, and industry developments to inform and adjust sales approaches

· Report on sales performance, forecasts, and team development to senior management

· Foster a customer-focused culture, ensuring exceptional service and satisfaction at every stage of the sales cycle.

Qualifications

· Bachelor's degree in Business, Technology, or a related field (Master's preferred)

· years of proven experience in technology sales, with at least 2 years in a leadership role

· Deep understanding of cloud, cybersecurity, and managed service solutions

· Strong analytical, negotiation, and communication skills

· Ability to inspire, coach, and lead a diverse sales team

· Track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets
