Senior Affiliate Manager
to join our team.

The Senior Affiliate Manager position is a part of our brand-new, world-class CPA team, dedicated to building one of the most competitive and scalable affiliate programs in the industry. The successful candidate will play a pivotal role in developing long-term, profitable relationships with high-performing partners across multiple geographies, driving sustainable growth and revenue impact.

This role blends digital marketing skills with hands-on execution: you will identify and onboard top-tier affiliates, networks, and media buyers; negotiate mutually beneficial partnerships; and continuously monitor ROI across diverse traffic sources including web, mobile, and in-app channels.

As a Senior Affiliate Manager, you will manage key affiliate partnerships, oversee both your own and your team's performance, and ensure the CPA model evolves in line with the company's broader business objectives. This is an opportunity to take ownership of a critical acquisition channel within a rapidly growing organization and make a measurable impact on its global success.

Your role at HFM:

  • Build, manage, and grow a global network of CPA affiliates in alignment with company strategic objectives.
  • Negotiate and optimize payout structures and tier models.
  • Analyze affiliate traffic sources, quality, and ROI to maximize efficiency.
  • Collaborate with marketing and product teams to ensure proper funnel tracking, reporting and promotion alignment.
  • Identify new markets, networks, and traffic opportunities (web, in-app, social, influencers) in key company GEOs (Asia, MENA, LATAM, South Africa)
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, regulatory guidelines, and fraud-prevention protocols.

Requirements

  • 5+ years' experience in affiliate/partner management within FinTech, iGaming, or other high-risk industries.
  • Strong knowledge of CPA/CPL models, tracking tools, and attribution systems (AppsFlyer).
  • Technical skills in partner integrations (Postbacks S2S, API etc.).
  • Excellent negotiation and relationship-building skills.
  • Analytical mindset.
  • Fluency in English.
