Role Description

This is a full-time Hybrid role for a Service Coordinator based in Cyprus. The Service Coordinator will be responsible for daily operations tasks, service coordination, and customer support. The role involves effective communication with various stakeholders, ensuring timely and efficient service delivery, and maintaining exceptional customer service standards.

Main Responsibilities

  • Ensure all service requests and spare parts requests are answered in a timely manner
  • Compile estimates, purchase orders, invoices and send to clients
  • Assess the service needs of clients and provide a suitable solution
  • Maintain a directory of service providers and resources
  • Maintain a database of clients and client needs
  • Assess client issues and provide recommendations to fix problems
  • Ensure each client is given the necessary services and follow up to fill ongoing service needs
  • Maintain good relationships with service providers, partners and clients to keep customer base
  • Communicate and build relationships with the Vessel Agents, partners, clients and suppliers.
  • Expand the list of resources and providers to assure there are no gaps in services
  • Arrange flights for service engineers if required
  • Make telephone calls and respond to email inquiries in a timely manner

Qualifications

  • Experience in Service Coordination and Operations Management
  • Strong Communication skills is a must
  • Customer Service experience and a client-focused approach
  • Excellent organizational and time-management skills
  • Ability to work independently and remotely
  • Experience in the marine industry is a plus

A fixed remuneration package (including Birthday Bonus & Extra Annual leave for Weekends Worked) is offered to the successful candidate, the Salary renumeration amount is linked the experience of the candidate.
